"I was disappointed they didn't have the products I was looking for, but that's to be expected sometimes when it's the middle of the day at a Michaels. I saw one employee who was extremely helpful to customers around the store, and even came to assist the cashier who was at the register. My intuition told me to go check out with her, but i went to the older lady. I had two transactions and the first went smoothly, but the second one went so bad, i want to really put in a not so friendly review. She was very reprimanding and rude to me. I felt like a little girl getting in trouble because i put in the wrong phone number for my reward. She wouldn't let up even when i left the store. It was so disrespectful then she asked me why i had more than one phone number and I just lied and said it was a family member. Why does she need to know my business? Otherwise, lovely looking store, long line, rude cashier 427373"

"I had given a 5-star review a few years back but now, unfortunately, I have to edit this. The store is not well-stocked. I have visited this location multiple times for different stuff. Even now, I wanted to get 5 tshirts of different sizes (3 medium, 1 large, one XL) but same color. I was not even too particular about which color I got but just wanted all shirts to be the same color. They didn't have even the simple requirement. If they had a Large in one color, they didn't have M. If they had M and L, then no XL. Very frustrating experience. On a positive note, the staff is very nice."

"I loved my experience. I walked around looking for a desk calendar. Mallory was so helpful that she knew exactly how many were left and where. I found it easily. Her kindness, attentiveness, and quickness were worth the stop. I will be returning."

"I’ve been coming to this location for a few years now. They’re always stocked, good deals, clean, and have an excellent variety of everything. However, the thing that’s very disappointing here at this location is the customer service. Our experience with each and every staff member was not so great , except for the only African American sweet lady working there. I usually get names but I forgot this time - she was super sweet and helpful. Other than this sweet lady - the other 4-5 staff members that we ran into lacked product knowledge, the care to provide customer service, and or a simple smile or “hello”. The cart we picked up at the entrance was horrible - should not be out for customer use. Now for my checkout experience - the cashier definitely didn’t seem like she was trained properly. Packing items should be taught! These expensive and delicate items should be packed with care and properly. So disappointed with our experience here. :/ (and just to clarify - the extra star is for the sweet lady that helped us)."

"What’s not to love about this store lol I specifically wanted to share their molds.. I use for baking or meal prep usually for frittatas or egg patty’s for breakfast sandwiches. They’re silicone and are super easy to pop in and out and to clean."
