"I was referred to Oscar at Willow Bend Jewelers by another company because they were unable to repair a gorgeous cuff that has a large center stone that had chipped and could no longer be secured with the existing prongs. It’s a statement piece that I wanted to keep for decades. Oscar was able to fully repair the cuff finding an ingenious way to accommodate the chipped center stone. On top of that, Oscars price was very fair and his turnaround time was prompt within days. I Highly recommend Oscar/Willow Bend Jewelers and will be returning for my other needs."

"I usually never leave a review,but this place did an amazing job on a ring that was badly damaged after getting in the disposal. The ring looks as good or not better than the first time I got it 35 years ago. It was very sentimental to me since it was from my Grandma when I was 10 years old and I nearly died thinking it couldn't be fixed.Not only did they do an amazing job but got this out in two days and only charged $105 dollars. Anywhere else would of charged probably 100 or 200 more. I will definatly be using them again. Thank you so much for saving this ring!"

"Absolutely loved the custom-made ring the owner helped us make! We were getting married in 2 weeks and I felt like i needed to settle on a ready-made wedding ring. We had visited so many other stores but I never fell in love with a ring. I was so overwhelmed by all the options but the owner of this store helped me narrow down what I was looking for in a ring and gave very helpful information about diamond varieties and band widths. I showed him a Pinterest board of the type of rings I liked and he helped design a mock-up of the ring for me the same day! In the end he never pushed for us to go with him but he was so helpful and knowledgeable in his field, we felt we could trust him. He worked with our very tight deadline and delivered me the ring of my dreams!! Would 100% go with him again if I wanted any more jewelry made. 10/10 service and the price was very reasonable!"

"I brought in a watch today to have an aftermarket band attached. I was able to get one end on by myself, but was having trouble getting the other end on. I was charged $20 just to get the one link attached (no parts replaced), but it only took a couple minutes, so whatever. I came back after I had paid, once I realized the repair man put the links on backwards. He tried to claim that's how it was attached originally (it was not) and that it was impossible to not attach backwards (despite the fact one end was already attached CORRECTLY, on my own without tools, when I first brought it in). He must have taken it off and reattached both links. After I pointed this out, he tried to lie and say otherwise. He refused to reattach the band because it was "aftermarket", and that he would know because he had "real Rolex's" in the back. This shouldn't have taken more than 5 minutes to fix, but he was probably too lazy to do that since I already paid. I’ll take it somewhere else to be fixed, again, correctly this time. I am incredibly dissatisfied with the service here and I would never trust them to repair a watch again. Edit: now they reply to my review and call me dishonest… I would know how it looks after wearing it on my arm every day."
