"I went to this Kendra store and wasn’t sure which earrings I wanted to buy. Emma was so great with bringing out multiple earrings and giving recommendations. I eventually went with the small Abbie pair in silver. Such a great experience, will be coming back for more purchases!"

"I placed my online order and selected for store pick up. Once I arrived at the store several days later and waited in line, my order wasn't even ready. I literally waited for her to pack my order at the check out counter. I have also requested a gift message to be included and when I asked the person packing the order if the gift message was included, she immediately said there was no gift message. Then she flipped the receipt over and said, "There is your message", without even looking up and rolled her eyes. It's literally 1 line on the gift receipt and it's poorly printed. Kendra Scott needs to do better, your associates need to do better, a smile on the face would be nice."
