He was able to produce the piece exactly as I had envisioned it. In fact, it was two puzzle pieces for bracelets that fit together. One piece for each bracelet, and he knocked it out of the park. They fit perfectly!! She and I are absolutely ecstatic with the product. "Like to give a shout-out to David the owner. Before I went to see him, I thought I might have to spend $200+ to replace 3 small white diamonds on a Roberto Coin pendant because they appeared to have a yellowish tone, comparing to the other white diamonds on the pendant. He took a look and suggested to just give it a good cleaning and amazingly afterwards the yellow hue was gone and the diamonds were all back to their original F/VS state, no replacement no charge, and it’s all free. What an honest jeweler. I highly recommend David and his shop."
"I’ve had two custom pieces made here and both turned out better than expected. Everyone here is kind and helpful, and the jewelers are incredibly talented and creative. Most recently they reworked my engagement ring for my 10th anniversary. I wanted to add a garnet and pearls for my family’s birthstones. The result is beyond gorgeous and has become a family heirloom I’m looking forward to handing down to my kids. They are the best!"
