"Clean store with lots of craft options. They keep the items in stock and lots of sale going on. The items are clearly marked and having quick checkout lines. The employees are courteous and have ample parking outside. Online store pick up is easy and mostly self service. The price is competitive against online major retailers. I love this Plano neighborhood Micheal’s store."
"Ever since they rearranged and redecorated the place, it's been meh. They used to have so much variety and could find what you were looking for, even if very specific. They cut their inventory by half it feels, and have a gard time finding what I am looking for, so I order from other vendors. Their prices are really high also. They used to have at least good coupons, but not anymore. I don't go much anymore as a result, very hit or miss and my time is very valuable. I need a sure thing."
"This Micheals location honors US Veterans discount and is always well maintained, clean and organized. I can find everything easy because the aisles are wide and the whole place is well lighted. Self service check-out is available. Customer aervice is nice and helpful."
"I like the new layout of the store. I typically don't like Michael's but it's Sunday so my other option was closed. I was surprised going in today. It's better than it was before. Everything was much more cohesive. Things were easier to find than before. The new fall selection is actually really good. I did not go in there for that but I did leave with a bunch of fun Fall decorations. Since I wasn't a big shopper here before I guess it really doesn't bother me that they changed it and I'll probably be more likely to come back."
