"Staff was friendly and offered me a dressing room while I shopped. She hung my clothes up and thought that was nice of her. And then I had another lady offer to hang my clothes and I told her yes. While I went to the fitting room, I noticed I was missing the rest of my clothes. I looked around and couldn't find them, I thought maybe an associate put them back. Come to find out someone purchased them. I was very disappointed because the associates did not look over my clothes in the fitting room. I appreciate the helpfulness of offering, but maybe a pair of eyes in the fitting room would've helped. Also felt the associate was rude and didn't ask me for my # number for my rewards but she asked the lady before me. Definitely did not receive the same level of customer service which was very disappointing."
