"Frank helped me with a 40 year old Hoover Upright vacuum today. I walked in, expecting to wait on a repair. He saw parts in my hand and looked at where they belonged . He said, "this part just slipped off, it is not broken. Let me fix since it is not broken". He did the repair while I waited, 30 mins in and out with a fixed vacuum. "I purchased an automatic floor scrubber about 2 months ago. I attempted to use it for the first time and while doing so the breaker continuously kept tripping. There was also a latex glove stuck inside not allowing water to drain from the machine, so I had to manually drain it myself. I called them with my complaint and was told that the machine works great and they sell good products, but that's not true. He told me to bring it back in so he could fix it, he so called fixed it but the breaker is still tripping every 5 minutes. If I were you I would not purchase from this place unless you want to get screwed."
