"Our Nest Thermostat kept saying "Cooling starting soon" but never actually started cooling down. We called Your Air Conditioning Company to come out and address the problem. Jarrett was dispatched over to our place and spent a few hours diagnosing the mystery problem and starting the repair. It ended up being two separate power supply issues that needed to be addressed (probably some form of power surge that knocked them both out.) He came back the next morning with the new part in hand and got us taken care of. Jarrett was very nice and polite, and was communicative throughout the process and really put the extra hours in to ensure we were taken care of. The Service Manager and office staff were very polite and easy to work with, which is a major bonus to the company. After using a couple different A/C companies, I'm thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of Your Air Company. 10/10 would recommend!"

He was professional, polite, and arrived on time. He was able to find the problem quickly and was even able to get everything fixed that day. I was warm and cozy in my home by the evening. "Have a trane system installed by Your Air that slowly this summer of extreme heat seemed to be cooling less and less. I called Your Air and within 24 hours Jed their service guy knocked on my door. I told him the history of the ac unit which was installed 5 years ago and right away he had an idea of what the problem might be! Up in the attic, outside up in the attic, inside, outside never stopping and three hours later the house is cooling down to temperatures that will give me a good nights sleep. So happy. Jed had a great attitude of wanting to please the customer and do the best he could so that there should not be any problems in the future! It was a pleasure having him at the house!!!"
