"I payed tom 75$ just to diagnose the problem with my ac unit. He told me it was my evaporator coil that was bad and wanted to charge me 1500$ to change it. My ac is only 1 1/2 years old . So i knew something wasn’t right. I had someone come to give a second opinion. They told me it just needed to be cleaned and ac pressure was good. They didn’t even charge me. Wow! This guy wanted to con me for 1500$ and I didn’t even need that. He told me he was trustworthy and honest person. He is honest to himself and nobody else . Trying to scam people that need help and work hard for their money unlike him. This guy is a piece of trash and i know now to stay away from this company. If you want someone to play you for a fool go for it. Pay him for his vacation and fix something that doesn’t need to be fixed and leave a family in debt and no money to pay the bills . Tom is your guy! Youve been warned."
