"I have lived in the area a little over a year and have used their services a handful of times. I was pleased until this last time. They definitely ripped me off and got over on charging me $99 for 13 pieces.. $62 were for dresses that weren’t fancy at all and one was clearly a shirt. My wife dropped them off on Saturday and the lady told her, she couldn’t give any prices, which was a lie because gotten prices plenty of times. I definitely won’t be back."

"Un-reliable. First time I tried to go I showed up just after 6pm, website says they're open till 7pm. They were already closed. Tried to go In a second time at 6am, no one was there. Just tried a 3rd and final time and there was a sign on the door that said "be back at 3" it was 2:45. Waited until 3:10 and no one showed up. May be great at everything else but they sure as hell are not reliable on timing"
