"While I have had some decent experiences with this cleaning service, I have also had some less satisfactory ones that prompt me to share my honest feedback. What I appreciate is that when the team does a good job, they really deliver - the laundry feels fresh, clean, and ready to wear. It’s clear that there are instances when they put effort into their work, which is commendable. However, I’ve found the quality of their service to be inconsistent. Particularly with regard to laundry, I’ve unfortunately had to re-iron quite a number of items on several occasions even after they’ve done a re-do. Given that this is part of the service I’m paying for, it’s disappointing to have to invest my own time in redoing the task. Inconsistency is the main issue - the fluctuation between good days and off days makes it difficult for me to rely on this service completely. I hope this feedback helps the team improve their service moving forward. I believe with some adjustments, they can deliver a more consistently satisfactory experience."

"I have used this establishment twice, the first time was fine and I had no problems. The staff is friendly and quick as well. However, after picking up my clothes this second time, I am pretty disappointed. I brought 6 shirts and a suit to be dry cleaned, all of my shirts are wrinkled and look as they do after I have worn them out once. Maybe it’s the way they store them too close together while awaiting pickup, I’m not sure, but I’ve never picked up clothes after having them “dry cleaned” and they looked this rough. Additionally, one of my shirts now has a stain on it that it did not have when I dropped it off. It doesn’t appear any attention to detail was given and my shirts were normally laundered and not touched up. This is pretty frustrating as all the other cleaners in this area seem poorly reviewed and I thought I was in good hands with this one. Feel a bit like I wasted my money and should have just washed and ironed them myself."
