"Our account manager was EXTREMELY unprofessional. Communication was very inconsistent, he would question our concerns, and nothing was ever done about them. The cleaning crew came at very odd hours, and it was different people each time. When the cleaning was done, it was never to the full extent. We asked multiple times for certain things to get done, and it was not. We had a different account manager, Temo, before the last one we had, and he was great, but this one was ridiculous. We have now switched to a new cleaning company."
