"The cleaning technique ruined my rug. The color changed, stretched it out which made it limp and pulled MANY threads loose. The rug they brought back was not the rug they picked up."

"Very slow service and poor communication. Lost my rug pad and did not offer to refund it. Charged a late fee which was not disclosed. Will not be returning. I dropped off my large rug to be cleaned late November and was quoted a turnaround time of 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks I called multiple times to get a status update, each time they did not have a status update for me. Then 10 weeks later I receive a bill in the mail with my charge, apparently my rug was ready?? I go pick up the rug and their credit card machine was down, so I left my information with them. I then receive another bill 5 days later saying there is a 30 day late charge and they automatically bill an extra $30 without telling me. On top of everything, and they lost my rug pad and did not claim any responsibility for it! Will be finding somewhere else to go in the future. The rug itself came back clean with all stains removed."
