Spic & Span Maid Cleaning Services

"I didn’t want to leave a negative review but they have left me with no choice. I have their monthly cleaning services and they have been coming to clean for me since a couple of months now. Last month, they came for cleaning and refused to clean the living room upstairs. When I asked them why, they responded that I never told them that I have a game room. I asked to speak to their manager and she hit me with hidden fees that I have to pay extra for that area to be cleaned. I was flabbergasted. When I had called them to schedule cleaning for the first time, I told them clearly that I have a living room with a couch upstairs and want the area to be cleaned. She said that I never told them. Mind you, they’ve been coming for months and cleaning the area. And now, suddenly, they are refusing to do it and when I talk to them she is coming at me with hidden fees??? I was already paying 20 bucks each for the couches. And they barely even cleaned it btw. It was as if the upstairs couch hadn’t even been dusted/cleaned. They were extremely rude to me and I was beginning to lose my patience as well. My mental health is being affected. Please stay away from them if you value your mental peace. I am just done with their hidden charges. They are dishonourable. I’m sorry to say this but I’m very upset at the moment. And now cherry on top!!!!!! They just called me (and it wasn’t even a real person on the phone, it was a recording!!) to announce that they are coming tomorrow for cleaning. Less than 24 hours notice!!! I immediately called them back to let them know that I have a prior commitment and I wont be home tomorrow. And you know what she told me? That there is a $25 cancellation fee even to move the appointment because it’s less than 24 hours notice. Are you kidding me?????? You called me JUST NOW with the day and time. You didn’t even give me a 24 hours notice! How ridiculous! How would I know they are coming tomorrow??? And I have my son’s long awaited doctors appointment tomorrow that we have been waiting for since MONTHS. I’m absolutely livid! What a horrible service that I have gotten myself into. So now they have wrongfully charged me the cancellation fee. How is this fair?????? I will never recommend them to anyone. Please save your money and look elsewhere."

"My sister recently bought a house and had them deep clean the entire house. They were there for about 1 hour. The counters, shelves, shower, and floors were all still very dirty when they finished. They were asked to re-celan and were at the house for 15 minutes. I would NOT recommend them at all."

"When I first started using their services, they were great. But through the years they have slacked off on their quality. TVs were not dus ted, tables not wipes, floors jot mopped. I have had to have them reclean many times. One instance they missed their appointment. I do not recommend them at all."

"gifted my mom a voucher for a service for mothers day and today they went out and did an amazing job! she absolutely loved the cleaning so we decided to keep their services. They are very flexible and offer weekly,biweekly, 3 weeks and monthly services. They can also work with your schedule but I'm not sure how that works. I decided to set up service for my own home to see how it goes ! I'll keep y'all updated :)"
