"I do not recommend I came and was quoted a price for a rug which went fine aside from the fact I had to leave my rug a second time because it was not properly cleaned the first time I went to get it. Now where my problem lies is the fact mother had the same exact rug that I suggested she bring to them and have cleaned where they then quoted an unusually higher price than what I paid for the same rug. Keep in mind I have children so my rug was definitely way dirtier than my mothers who kept her rug in a guest room that no one was ever in. My rug was cleaned two months before I advised my mother to go and I understand inflation is real but she was already paying a 100 for another rug then tried charging another 100 for a rug I only paid 40 dollars to have cleaned. My mother would have never went there had I not recommended there services to her and the manager couldn’t even acknowledge that. Yet tried to keep making excuses about why the prices were different which she couldn’t keep a consistent story on. Oh and I also forgot to mention I dropped the rugs off and they was unable to give a price quote initially so they told me to write down my mothers phone number and they would call us… then when she called for an update they couldn’t even find her order."

(CHECK PHOTOS FOR PROOF) The owners of this cleaner created a fraudulent account impersonating my father to give their service a 5 star review. Dele Aiyekusibe did not give Southwest Cleaners a 5 star review. They ruined his clothing and the manger did not take accountability or responsibility for his work. INSTEAD he created a fake google email pretending to be my father to help his business after I posted my first review. SHAME ON YOU! UPDATE: The lies never stop! The owners have replied stating I have never been to their store. I have attached the RECEIPTS my father received after service! How difficult is it to take ACCOUNTABILITY! Creating fake emails impersonating an individual is illegal. As I said before, SHAME ON YOU! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I would rate this place 0/5 if possible. I brought a few of my clothes in for cleaning, and I completely regret it. My clothes were completely destroyed, and the manager did not take responsibility nor accountability for his work. I was originally told that I would be compensated for my clothing, but then the manager became completely rude, and backed out of his promise. DO NOT go to this place unless you want your clothes to be thrown aside and destroyed. My favorite clothes are now ruined with no sympathy nor remorse from the owner whatsoever."
