"I don't know where to begin, but I'll start here. My mother died unexpectedly, 11/16/21. She and my Uncle (her youngest sibling) have been roommates for more than 20 plus years since my parents divorced. My grandmother told them when they moved to Houston from Louisiana in 1975, "It's just you two there, you have to always be close and take care of each other"). They have and did until my mom passed away. That role moved on to my brother and I (who my mom shared the same thing with us about sticking together and always being close - we are), of taking care of my uncle. We moved back full time into my mom and Uncle's home. Im here days, my brother here nights with our work schedules. Over the past 2 years, we have all been dealing with grief and depression of my mom's passing. With mine, came neglect of my childhood bedroom/my mom's office. I got to the point of not sleeping and barely eating and just throwing things in there. Justine/Stericlean was called about the condition of the room and she came by, READY to work. First thing she did was waited patiently and delayed my appointment at my ask, as the pesticide company was a little behind schedule with all appointments from the heavy rains last week, freeze the previous week. When they finished, she came in to access the room and AS we we were conversing, my Uncle came from his room, blacked out, hitting his head hard on a metal storage as he went down. He was out about a minute or so. I went into a panic, could not find my phone, Justine went into action and called 911. As I covered his head and begin praying until ambulance arrived, Justine covered my hand with her hand. This woman came to clean, not to deal with something so serious. She sat as EMT took my Uncle's vitals and I called his daughter. She waited PATIENTLY. When my Uncle's daughter arrived, she went with my Uncle while I stayed back. Justine, hugged me as I had a whole breakdown. She suggested and asked if I wanted to look at dates to reschedule. I told her with all that just happened I needed to stay busy. If she was willing to stay, we could get started. Get started we DID. She was at my home from 10 am until after 7 pm. She sorted through things on top of things on top of THINGS, of what ended up being nearly 20 full bags or more of donations, keep, or trashed items. Then, her brother Ken came at the end of the day and removed all the office furniture to donate it as well. You would think that was it. NO! They then cleaned the floors and baseboards of the room. She also volunteered to come back if need be to help me with anything else. Justine, you are an angel. I don't know if you know, but you are an ANGEL. I will be forever grateful to you for what you did for my Uncle. If you had not have been here, he may have died. What you did for that room is a miracle as WELL. I hope you took before and after pictures. I'm heading to the V.A. now to see him and take a few things. They don't want him trying to walk, but he's up and aware and asking for his Sudoku books. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! I pray God's blessings for you and your ENTIRE family! I pray continued increase for you. I pray God gives you release after each assignment He sends you on. What you do can be heavy. I pray mental healing for you, because what you do IS heavy. I pray REST and peaceful sleep for you, because what you do is heavy. I pray self care for you, so you can stay mentally and physically ready for each assignment! You are a blessing! Thank you again!!!!!! *I have to edit, because I also need to add, she ALSO broke out into a mild rash from the dust that had accumulated on everthing. She was sneezing and all. She put on some ointment and kept going. My God today!"

"First on a state that the people came to my place were very kind and did not make me feel judged. Feeling judged with my greatest fear. The group is remarkably fast and they pay attention to detail. My condo did not even look like the same condo once they were done. What I was most surprised about is one of them even returned photos to me that was mistakenly left in one of the boxes they took away for donation. So if the only thing you're worried about is feeling judged or scared they will set your mind at ease and help you get out of the funk you're in."
