"The lady who runs the front is really sweet and seems to always have a welcoming and good attitude. They offer a great service for the price. Their turn around time is reasonable too. Many times they tend to have my clothes ready before I am prepared to pick them up. Great service overall!"

"I come here all the time. There are two lovely ladies who I chat with and now they know me by name and always take great care of my things. Honestly, it’s such a pleasant experience with the ladies. It feels like you’re at your neighborhood store where you come to do your dry cleaning and also speak with wonderful people. My dry cleaning is always done within a short time frame and I’m notified by text when it’s ready. There’s always a personal touch with everything here. Can’t ask for a better team."

"I have been coming to this location for about 3 years now and all of a sudden just a few weeks ago I was told I would need to put a credit card on file because this is an express locker location. Out of the blue the store manager can make rules? Is this a Tide Corporate new rule? I saw no sign on the door that said this. I personally think the store manager is being lazy. Sometimes she would make me prepay. There are times when I am I have to wait 10 minutes at minimum because she’s assisting someone that had a wrong access code to their locker. I personally think the way she went about telling me is very unprofessional. Also, I tried reaching out to the divisional manager and I haven’t received a response. Did anyone else beside me experience this? Is this considered discrimination? I have been with Craig’s m, MW Clesners before they became Tide. I used to be charged $7 for dry cleaning and now it’s $14 for dry cleaning. $10 for dry cleaning if it is not a designer shirt. Seriously? Cotton is cotton. I feel Discrimination with this company now after 30 years with them. The changes are a huge liability."
