"Disappointing Experience at Cindy's by Brite Touch Cleaners I recently had a disappointing experience with Cindy's by Brite Touch Cleaners and wanted to share my thoughts and concerns. I brought in one of my black and white ruffle shoulder bow dresses that I had purchased from Neiman Marcus. However, when I received the dress back from the dry cleaner, I noticed that the white ruffle bow was no longer white. Instead, it had turned into a dirty white, grayish color. Naturally, I was quite upset and decided to return to the dry cleaner to inquire about the issue. I asked the cleaner why the dress had been returned to me in such a terrible condition. Here are the reasons I was given: 1. Bleaching mishap: I was informed that while trying to remove a stain from the black part of the dress, some bleach had inadvertently come into contact with the white bow, causing it to change color. 2. Origin of the dress: The dry cleaner mentioned that my dress was manufactured in China, possibly implying that the quality of the material may have contributed to the issue. 3. Quality of the dress: The cleaner suggested that the dress itself was not of good quality, which could have made it more susceptible to color changes during the dry cleaning process. Understandably, I remained dissatisfied with these explanations. The cleaner took the dress back and attempted to re-dry clean it, resulting in a slight improvement. However, despite their efforts, the white ruffle bow still did not return to its original color. This experience has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. As a customer who entrusted an expensive and cherished item to Cindy's by Brite Touch Cleaners, I expected a higher level of care and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the outcome fell short of my expectations. I hope that by sharing this review, other customers can make informed decisions when choosing a dry cleaner for their valuable garments. It is crucial to find a dry cleaner who can handle delicate items with the utmost care and expertise."

"The Red Dress Fiasco I was visiting during the holidays and needed to have my dress clean after wearing, my friend Suggested that they would take it along with other items they had to get dry cleaned. I was Very skeptical and was not in agreement however it took a lot of convincing and I obliged which turned out to be a disaster. Not only were ‘SPECIFIC’ care instructions given to the cleaning of this garment the instructions were totally ignored. Upon picking up the other items at the time that they were due obviously there was a problem with my dress that had been damaged that they did not wish to reveal. Being told that it wasn’t ready was just the first sign of a problem. Since December 27, 2022 after repeated calls and a demand for answers for my garment I have been told that my dress was damaged. What angers me the most is that they could not tell me the dress was damaged and the instructions given for the dress or ignored. I would have rather have them tell me they refused to clean the dress because they were afraid of damaging the dress then to cause the damage that they did to my dress. This $650 dress is irreplaceable because it was purchased at a store that is no longer in business. I am.more than upset, with the handling and unprofessionalism during this whole ordeal. Which I still don’t have my dress or have been compensated for it. But there are small claims court for a reason. I would avoid this place with all costs."
