"Do not bring wool garments to this cleaner. My wife used to come here frequently until they ruined one of my wool shirts by washing instead of dry cleaning it. We didn’t request anything be washed. After ruining the shirt, they gave us the run around and never offered any form of compensation for the damaged shirt."

They told me my shirts would be done in a week, so I came back a week later, and my shirts were still very dirty. I asked for no starch, and they came back. Super starched filled with stains and lint like they were covered in lint so they took the shirts back and said they were going to fix it waited several more days I literally threw half those shirts away"
