"This place is the worst!!! I took my clothes to get dry, cleaned and starch. They might as well have put no starch on the pants. Then I take my clothes again and I go to pick them up and they lost them they claim I have no clothes there yet. I have a ticket in my hand. Then when I call back To speak to a manager, the young lady from the front desk that pulls her hair all the way slicked back in a bun. She has the nerve to hang up on me after she sitting there arguing with me, and I asked to speak with somebody else. Please don’t waste your time or money on this cleaners!"

"I have patronized this business a few times in the past year and on more than one occasion I have had to leave without dropping my clothes because the attitude of the staff on ground was so disgusting but I refrained from posting any review, in the hope these were just “off days”.... But I am certain this is a culture... The quality of work done on your clothes is average at best and the attitude given when you ask any question, I mean any question is so disrespectful as though you should take it as a privilege they have your business. I’ll definitely pay an extra couple of cents to be provided better service elsewhere. Never again."

"Horrible customer service. Front woman is so rude. We had a comforter left with them to be picked up on Monday and it was 2 days late and they offered NO DISCOUNTS. Rude woman at the front said either pay full price or lose the comforter. So rude they were the one that were late the full price was for on time pickup"

"I waited about a week or so to write this review because it took me just that long to calm down. I took my white suit to be cleaned same day service. When I returned to pick it up , they took my payment first. Then they decided to inform me that my suit was ruined ! No offer for refund or to pay for the damage. I give credit where it’s due, just view my other reviews. If I could give this place -5 stars I would. Please take my word for it do not bring your clothes here. This business has no integrity and the customer service was below average. There is a cleaners in Kroger’s parking lot that is my favorite but I was short on time. Try them or Ventura’s. This place is low class."
