"This is my second time to use Servpro, and the first time was great, but this time, it was a phenomenal experience. First, Tim, our Project Manager, came out to check my damage, and discuss all the specific needs with my husband and me. He, then, introduced us to to our Team, Greg and Fernando, who had already begun measuring moisture and diagraming our floorplan. They continued to work, and each piece of machinery they brought in, they explained its use and matched it to the "why" of our need. Daily, Greg and Fernando, not only set an appointment with me but also called in advance to state their arrival time. Each day as they monitored my house's progress, they explained the process and were so willing to answer my questions. Ken even checked in daily to be sure we were pleased and had no questions! These three men were not only wonderful but they were so professional and careful with my home. I recommend them to come also to your rescue! I hope I won't need them again, but if I do, I call Servpro of River Oaks and ask for Tim, Greg, and Fernando by name! They are the best!"
