"Do not waste your money. This establishment is extremely unprofessional. I called and requested dry cleaning for three items. I expressed that I would need the items within the next five days for a business meeting. I was told that I could pick them up Monday after 1pm. Upon arriving I was told that the items would be ready for pickup earlier than the 5 days needed. Monday after 1 I returned and was very rudely yelled at by the clerk upon requesting a refund & my items back because they were not ready. She yelled and screamed while her children were present as her husband came out of the back to gang up on me. She insisted that she never told me the items would be ready screamed violently, refunded me, and then told me people make mistakes. An honest mistake could have easily been forgiven however these people lied, completely inconvenienced me, and have no respect for customers. I will not be returning."
