"Don't start a franchise here if you're Black! They aren't for their black franchise owners I've met several of them and got the same feedback. They don't tell you everything up front just enough to get you to sign the contract. They hide fees and try to force their equipment on you. The contracts they offer the black franchise owners are ones other franchises have already had and let go of due to disgusting facilities or difficult clients. They don't communicate with you after you've finished training and received your "business owed". Karen misleads franchise owners just as well as Bruce and Lety does. They show favor towards the Hispanic franchise owners. They allowed my company to service a facility for two months without payment and didn't say anything nor provide the monthly billing summary. It wasn't until we called them out that they claimed we weren't entitled to any payment due to fees and royalties but that we'd start getting paid after working another few months for free! DON'T GO TO THEM TO START YOUR FRANCHISE!!! THEY AREN'T FOR BLACK OWNERS!"

"Coverall started out okay but I honestly was never satisfied with their cleaning. Since they contract out the cleaning services to a third party service service, it is really difficult to get accountability from them. I have had so many bad experience from them that I decide to cancel with them once and for all. My floors always had streak marks; they never used the right cleaning material; all surfaces weren't thoroughly dusted. They constantly left the lights on after cleaning When you do have a complaint, no one will follow up with you. Please avoid this company at all costs. Go with another cleaning company even if it means you are paying a little bit more."

"Worst cleaning service we've had. Please don't use them!! They don't clean properly. Floors were not properly cleaned, light fixtures still had cobwebs in them. One time they left my key in the door without locking up. Just a disaster service. Please don't sign a contract with them, because they try to make it very difficult for you to cancel with them. Richard and Bruce do not return calls, and are very unprofessional. They don't even deserve a one star!!"

"The product and service seemed to be a good thing for local businesses and good potential franchise opportunity. However their reviews are horrible and the management team is more concerned with their company culture then their success. If your cells raps are doing well you will have a positive work environment don't let your past experience shape your future."
