"Great service! Two ladies came to my house, which is 1520 sq. ft. They cleaned for a couple of hours. I stayed upstairs while they were downstairs, and then we switched. They were friendly and professional. The cleaning was excellent. I looked over everything after they left, and it was all spotless. Very well done. The only negative comment I have is that I asked them not to clean my furniture (tabletops for example) because I wanted to do that myself, but they did anyway. Granted, it was still done well, though, but I would’ve preferred they follow my instructions on that particular point. But they did follow everything else I mentioned. I am already planning to hire them again, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They worked efficiently without sacrificing quality, and the price was very reasonable, as well. Thank you!"

"If you choose this company, it will be the worst cleaning you’ve ever received in your life. Read my review before you book please. I spent $350 on three hours of cleaning just for the downstairs portion of my house. They chose only to clean the kitchen in the front room. After looking at the cameras I saw that there is only about an hour of work done in the three hours that I was booked consumers beware. Dirty silverware on a fold a towel in the kitchen. The mustard couldn’t make it back into the fridge. And none of the bathrooms in the house touched. I watched my cameras. They did not clean"

"This is my first time using made u shine. The customer service representative on the phone when booking was very nice courteous, and prompt. The ladies that are very good job cleaning our business office. We were very impressed. Job well done. We will definitely use you guys again."

"PLEASE TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE. I called this business and was told the service is $130 per hour. I asked about a first time customer discount to which the employee told me would be $50. I agreed to a 2hr service with two cleaners for $210. The home was already pre-cleaned by my tenants before they moved out therefore there wasn't much left to do. After the two hours I was called and told the cleaners needed more time. I asked why, and was told that they needed to clean the fridge and stove which was already supposed to be included in the move out clean. I said no and asked them to have the cleaners leave. Upon reviewing the service there was barely any work done. I had to spend several hours of my own time cleaning what the "cleaners" did not do. SEE PICTURES OF HOW THEY LEFT THE HOME which is exactly how they found it. Not only was my CREDIT CARD CHARGED WITHOUT MY CONSENT or even an invoice, I was charged $344 which was not the agreed upon amount of $210. It was only after calling to complain that I was refunded the falsely charged amount. I contacted the supervisor via email and have never received a response. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY."
