"I have had a terrible experience with this company. The reason I hired this company in the first place to help with assisting my apartment was to help get rid of the boxes utilized for my move-in. I was charged $160 plus a disposal fee And I clearly stated that my main priority for this cleaning service was to get rid of the boxes. Firstly, the crew was unable to find my apartment for around two hours. When I finally was able to come back home, and the cleaning service was completed, none of the boxes had been thrown out. I have emphasized again and again that I would not have booked this service in the first place if it was not for my boxes. I am now out almost $170 and they are refusing to come back and throw out my boxes. I even shared that I would be willing to pay extra in the disposal fee to ensure that the boxes would be thrown out because I recognize we did have quite a few boxes. I have wasted my money on this company and have been met with zero professionalism and care regarding my complaints, I will never be using their service again."
