"1st time customer and last time customer here. This is the reason why. It has been 3 weeks since my wife called about having mold on our arrangement after having it in our fridge for a day. Spoke to a shiloh and explained the situation and offered to take it in so they could see mold growing on it. They told us don't worry about it and that they would issue a refund. Never heard back. Called a few days later because we were told we would get a call back from a Mgr. Another week goes by and nothing. I call back today and spoke to a Mgr named Jacob. Explained what happened a third time and who we spoke to. He advised me that shiloh no longer works for him and if I had taken pictures proving there was mold. I told him we offered to take it back the 1st time we called to show them. He said he needed pictures. He then said he was going to refund it. Before I could get any information on who I spoke to, he hung up. Called back and wanted to know who I spoke to, and he rudely said his name and his position. Then, when I started to tell himself about how rude his actions were, he hung up. I called back and was hung up on. I called back again, and some woman answered the phone and said he was out of the store. All I wanted to for the to correct of refund money I spent with them. Make it right. I will update to see if I get anything back but as of right now, nothing has been done."
