"Might be a great option if you could get a response back from the trainer. When she reached out for puppy training for my new pup before I had the chance to reach out I was highly impressed. I responded and answered all of the pre-screening questions in great detail as well as expressing scheduling issues/inquiring if they had other ways to work with us as this had been my top choice due to reviews and recommendations I'd received. I've been ghosted ever since. If you can't accommodate certain needs or schedules, fine, but have the common courtesy to respond saying as much and provide recommendations/other local connections that would work for that clients' needs, don't just choose not to respond; highly unprofessional and need to realize the generic method isn't always going to fit each client. We've been clients of Hawthorne vet for 15+ years and had a great experience with the prior trainer there so this was extremely frustrating and disappointing. We've since connected with other area trainers for puppy training."
