"My baby cat has been sick for a month now. After quick visits and no results for her current veterinarian that I have been going to for 8 years, I decided to get another opinion. Olsen veterinarian clinic got her in same day. This is only day 2 but in my opinion I feel confident that Dr Olsen will figure out what is wrong with my cat. He spent an hour looking at her and talking with me. He kept her overnight for further observation and testing and sent her home next day with medication. It felt like he checked her out very thorough and cared enough to explain what he was doing . The staff were down to earth and very nice as well. So far, I am very happy with Olsen veterinary clinic."
"The woman at the front desk was wonderful. When I saw her holding my cat wrapped in a blanket closely monitoring him because he was taking a bit longer coming out of sedation I really appreciated that. Personally I feel the doctor should have taken the minute or two to talk to the pet owners in case they had any questions or concerns. All in all though I would definitely recommend Olsen."
