"I purchased a 30 gallon fish tank from them yesterday. Later in the day we realized that the bottom of the tank had a leak and was spewing water from the bottom on one of the sides, getting our wooden stand and wood floor wet. We had to immediately drain all of the water out, remove the rocks and plants and dismantle all of our work. We brought it back in today to get a new one and the lack of acknowledgement for the frustration of the whole situation and the potential damage to our home is why I am leaving this review. When I say that they couldn't have cared less I truly mean it. And I will say that I went back to exchange a dead fish and I was informed that the fish we got, which were totally suggested to me and not what I intended to purchase are livebearers and reproduce asexually. That would have been helpful to know."
