"Cafe has no high chairs, while I was waiting for management to discuss the issue with me I counted over 10 families walking through the door that would need a high chair. I pointed out that Springfield IL Sam's club has high chairs and the GM said that store is a "special situation" whatever that means, I didn't know accommodating your customers needs requires a special situation."
"Over all, the store experience is good. The store is clean and they hold a decent amount of products - could have more variety though. The downside is their curbside pick up… wow has that been a bad experience each attempt. 1- The pick up charge… why? I have yet come across another store that does this and I don’t even pay them membership fees. 2- The horrible wait time. Each time I show up, I’ve waited over 25 mins. I highly suggest you take notes from your sister store (Walmart) automation for pick ups… it would do your team wonders."
