Our pool will remain enjoyable longer and age slower due to his advice. Every week he does excellent work and his wife provides outstanding communication along with prompt replies to emails. "Doug, Professionalism is beyond excellent. He always make sure that his customers knows exactly what the issue was after fixing it. Our heater wasn’t receiving propane to heat the pool and hot tub. Doug, setup up a service call and came back out the following week to fix the issue. Had our heater back up and running less than a hour. He always maintains our pool on a weekly bases. Does an amazing job maintaining our pool and hot tub. Prices are very reasonable compared to what I previously was paying."

"Doug helped us fix a bad installation job by our previous pool company which would have voided the warranty on this heater because they didn’t include the required bi-pass. And then he spent extra time with us explaining more about our pool and the systems than the former company, which built the pool, ever provided. Doug is responsive and very knowledgeable. I’m recommending him to everyone I know with a pool."
