After several days, still no response. They must be extremely busy and must not need the business. I’m moving onto other builders that need the business. "Very unhappy, Horrible service, I bought their supplies, had them build a very expensive rock waterfall, they talked me into replacing my DE filter with a sand filter. The waterfall still leaks, the sand filter doesn't filter out dead algae or other fine particles that the DE filter did just fine. Now my pool is constantly cloudy and requires constant vacuuming. He refuses to even call me back after leaving several messages on his phone and in person with his wife over a 6 month process. I'm now hiring another pool company who says I shouldn't be having filtering problems come out to break down the filter to see what's wrong."

This year I had them put in the salt water system instead of the chlorinator system. I love it. Feels better on your skin , feels "healthier".
