"Angie or Angela with ROW (right-of-way) is clearly not trained in customer service. She would not let me finish asking my question and kept cutting me off. She insisted that they were there to help me but would not even let me finish talking. She clearly loves the sound of her own voice since she does not want to hear what the customer has to say. I had to speak to another person just to be allowed to ask my question. Texas has legalized monopolies when it comes to utilities and unfortunately we are forced to work with companies that are not working to help us. Lip service is one thing but I use past behavior as a predictor of future actions. This interaction tells me they will be difficult to deal with in the future. I will be filing a complaint with PUC (public utility commission)."

"By far the worst water quality I've ever had on tap. Anyone who drinks this or gives it to their animals WILL HAVE health complications. It is terrible for your skin, inhaling the vapors in the shower is toxic (make sure to use a shower filter from amazon), it will kill plants if you don't let the EXCESS chlorine evaporate in sunlight before watering, AND WORST OF ALL it will destroy your brand new appliances without an expensive water softening system installed on your whole house. These people obviously have no regard for the health and safety of their customer base, and since they know they are most people's only option, they do the bare minimum to improve. AQUA, if you are reading this, please do the right thing. Clean drinkable water is a need and therefor A RIGHT. Stop middle-manning toxic water and making out like bandits!~"

"They have too many "water repairs" and give zero notice of the issues. I understand if it happens once in a while but it has happened at my place four times in the last six months. My water is currently out and has been for 9 hours already...... "Customer Service" is closed by 6:30 PM so no one is available to speak to........ I have no choice but to use this company where I live........"

"I've always paid my bill months in advance. Due to a family tragedy I was forced to leave my place of residence and travel out of town to care for my grand-kids. Aqua Water Supply Company turned off my water for lack of payment without phone notification. My daughter called me in tears saying the water faucets didn't work. To get my water turned back on I was forced to pay a re-connect fee equivalent to 25% of my annual water usage fee. That's not all. Years earlier, I was away from my house for over a year. To get my water turned back on I was forced to pay a minimum water fee for every month I was gone, even though no water was used, and their lock was on my meter. When questioned, they pointed out that my contract with them says, in part, that I would always pay a minimum monthly fee. Many times my water usage doesn't add up to the minimum fee. Unfortunately, to get water in my area, one must sign the contract AND pay exorbitant connection fee's. Connection fees now are $4000. How does a utility get away with making you buy their equipment and then charge you when you don't use it? Is it because they are a monopoly? After reading the bad reviews and factoring in my own experiences, I'm beginning to feel uneasy about Aqua Water Supply Company. How can I be sure this greedy organization has my best interests at heart? How can I be confident the water they are supplying is up to snuff and contaminant free? Could there be lead in my water? Why would a greedy monopoly like this care about the quality of their product when they don't care about the quality of the service they provide to their captive customers? I write this to let others know they are not alone when it comes to being poorly treated by this organization. To be silent is to condone such bad behavior. By mentioning water contamination, I'm not saying this is this is another Flint Michigan, I simply wondering if it could be. Thank you, Rodger"
