"I am not sure if they are still in business. Voicemail boxes are full and you cannot even order by phone right now. I see they took their yelp reviews down also.... anyway, ordered a part from them, it took a long time to ship, when it did arrive it was the wrong part. I finally got them to give me an RMA and I returned the product. They still have not refunded my money and do not answer emails or phone calls. So basically they stole my money. Stay away, there are many other places online to get pool stuff. Don't use this one."

I have NEVER had problems ordering from this company... I've seen a couple of questionable reviews.. but I've seriously never had a problem with this company. "Absolute joke of a company - after my first and only experience I wouldn't buy a pool noodle from these people. I placed an order for some pool steps, my credit card was charged the $800 instantly but they never shipped. I waited about 2 weeks before calling and was given some nonsense answer about their warehouse. I called every other day for the next 2 weeks before they finally shipped (one month after order for an item that was in stock). The steps arrived at my home a few days later, unboxed covered in dirt and grease. Aside from the steps being poorly packaged the order did not include the hand rails, deck flanges or screws to install the steps. I called and was again given a non-answer and asked to send them pictures because that would somehow help the warehouse figure it out. It's been another almost 2 weeks and still no resolution. All that needed to be done was to take a couple handrails, a couple flanges, a packet of screws and drop them off at the FedEx store, but that's even too advanced for this company. It's been excuse after excuse after excuse. You should avoid this company like the plague."
"Maybe as a local brick & mortar store they are good, but as an on-line retailer - not so good. Headline: Awful order handling, zero communication, and an attitude that drips with "WE DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU!". Here's the full story: I called them directly to check on stock & status on an item before I placed the online order. I specifically asked them about shipping to my vacation home not my billing address. I was told everything was in stock, and they could get the drop shipping done immediately - should process in a couple days. I asked if they wanted to do it via telephone or via online or phone. They told me to use the website, and they would watch for the order. I place the order and get an order confirmation. After 8 days I hear nothing - no response. no shipping notification, no "hey we need to talk to you about your order". Nothing. So, I login to check the status, and they haven't shipped it yet. So I call them. They say the order is on hold. He suggested it was my fault because the billing & shipping addresses were different. I was like "hey, I called & discussed this ahead of time - if you had concerns, you should have taken the order over the phone, or watched for it like you said you would. Or at least, email or call me to let me know there's an issue". The person I spoke with claimed they were part of management team, but was unwilling to do ANYTHING to try & solve the issue. Didn't offer to try & watch to make sure the order would ship quickly, or even call & try to expedite processing with their distributor. Didn't try to do anything to help keep my project on schedule. His response was a kind of "bored" reaction - "I guess we can still process this for you if you want..." So here I am attempting to buy a $1,500 item from them. They charge my credit card, put the order on hold, don't tell me its on hold, and when I call they blame me for the issue! And then, I give them every change for them to just be nice & say "Hey, we're on it - we'll get this out ASAP". There are way, way better online retailers for pool supplies - I recommend you use someone other than these folks."
