"I am not sure of the lady's name I talked to yesterday but she was very helpful in identifying the part I needed for my pool pump.I already had the pump apart and need a new impeller. I live in the Dallas area and she said maybe I could get it in a couple of days. No kidding the part was delivered in three hours. Unbelievable, great service"
"Website is a bit lacking and hard to verify correct product. Advertises fast ship times and delivery dates (not provided in email or after checkout). Called after my order was supposed to have arrived but still says "awaiting fulfillment" on their website. I was told order already shipped and I should have gotten an email. No email received and website still says not shipped. However, while on hold was signed up by someone at this company for more than three dozen CNN email newsletters (some in Arabic). I guess in Texas a CNN newsletter is considered offensive?! I unsubscribed and reached out to CNN to verify the IP address of who signed me up. Still no shipping information, though was told items have been shipped and will arrive in a few days. I am giving it a few more days before I report fraud to my credit card."
"Terrible company. They list a cable as being compatible with a dolphin pool robot but it was not. It attaches and powers the unit but it is the wrong cord per Maytronics. They fully admitted this but refused to exchange the wire because they said I opened and installed it and that's just their return policy. They told me to buy another cable from them. I would avoid this company at all cost. Buy any pool accessories somewhere else."
"We ordered a new pump housing lid a few weeks ago from PoolZoom and had a great experience. When it was recently discovered that our filter manifold had a crack I went online to search out that part. I found it pretty quickly and almost ordered it from another random website, but thankfully I remembered PoolZoom's great performance and price with the pump housing lid because they had it for 30% less saving me like $60. PoolZoom will be my go-to part supplier from here on out."
