"We came across Gary's Pool and Patio through social media and at home research. The initial outreach and contact was very quick after we inquired about a quote. Our salesman was Felix G. and he was very professional and personable throughout the whole process. The only hesitation we had to sign a contract, was the cost for drilling since we are out in Texas Hill Country the land of rock and limestone. I think this could be better explained when talking to customers, because it is left very open ended since it's unknown until excavation begins. We happened to sign during a special for one of their upgraded finish options and I absolutely LOVE the way it looks. Gary's uses contractors for all the install steps Digging/excavation: we did have some concerns/issues with the crew that was selected for our excavation, however they were addressed and resolved quickly and we were ultimately happy with the outcome. Crane for pool delivery and insert: nothing is more nerve wracking than watching a crane lift a 40' x 19' pool up and over your house. The crane company was quick and efficient and the whole process was very smooth. Set up and break down took longer than actually manuevering the pool. They did have us sign additional consent forms for them for liability of cracked driveways/damaged irrigation system, etc. And they will not begin until it is signed, so it's important to have your excavation foreman there if you have questions. Concrete at the end: we elected to shop around for our own company. Gary's does have a contractor that they are affiliated with. We pulled estimates from 3 other companies and made our choice based off of preference/budget. Water feature: we also elected to shop around for our own water feature/accent company as well. "We just finished with our pool project and are so in love with the finished product. Gary’s Pool and Patios worked quickly and Felix, our Designer made sure everything is exactly the way we wanted it done. Once the Ball was rolling his crew showed up and stayed in constant contact with us to give updates and timelines. That’s exactly what we were looking for. Now we just have to wait for next swim season and our little backyard oasis will get plenty use. Definitely would recommend this company if you are looking for a Fiberglass Pool."

"I love my Bermuda Pool! I first met with Felix Galvan in sales in January to see what they had to offer. I immediately felt comfortable with him, but wasn't ready to move forward yet due to financial issues. I then saw that the Bermuda was on sale and knew I needed to make it happen. I signed the contract in July. Felix was amazing all the way through the process and still is available for my many, many questions. Felix stayed in contact with me through the permit process, which took the longest. Javier was amazing at digging the hole, and Pablo and his crew worked so incredibly hard to get my pool up and running within a week after dig started. I really can't say enough good things about Felix who was the real superstar in this whole process and made me feel comfortable to ask as many questions as I felt I needed to."

More importantly, every person with whom we have interacted has been extremely professional and responsive to our questions/needs.
