I Called the gentleman up to aee if he had one, he promptly told me it would be cheaper for me to go online to get it, and that he doesnt carry it. While I appreciate the tip and honest answer, its sad to see a small business like this bow down to online bullies like amazon, who are destroying America's small businesses and taking food out of their mouths."

"He sold me a simplicity vacuum for450 dollars. It worked great but if the bag got a little too full something went wrong. Maybe a belt broke. He charged me 160 dollars to fix it. Twice. He recommends this vacuum cleaner so he stays in business. Never again Mr Hicks. I bought a Bissell bag less at Kohl’s on sale for 119.00."
