"Jesse is HONEST and very fair when it comes to his services. I am in the auto finance industry and no wonder the local dealerships use this shop. Keep up the great work! I will be a customer for life."
"Best auto repair shop in the western suburbs! I was referred to Jesse by a mutual friend who’s in the auto dealership industry. He sent all his used cars to Jesse to get repaired. And He told me to try him out so I did. Now, He’s the only guy that works on my 2001 Ford 7.3 liter diesel f 350. I’ve got 420,000 miles on it and Jesse keeps it running like new. Thanks Jesse for all the work you do and at the best possible price around. Straight up he’s the best!"
"CAN NO LONGER RELY ON JESSE FOR ADVICE ON MY CAR I was a loyal customer to Jesse for the past 6 years. He used to be a good guy to bring your car to. I'm sad to write that he is no longer a reliable mechanic. After pressure testing my system for antifreeze leaks he showed me that my upper radiator hose was not in good shape. He told me he could not fix the problem that day and to "Come back another day." Two days later my hose broke and leaked all the coolent from the reservoir. Had to get a tow and pay for a rental car so it could be fixed. I mentioned to Jesse that I wish he had replaced the hose while I was there instead of letting me leave with a part he knew was bad. Jesse's response was disappointing. He said, "I told you to fix it that day but you didn't want to." Complete lie or just did not remember what he told me that day. So I gave him one more chance to work on my vehicle when a loud screeching nose was coming from the engine shortly after starting. I asked him if it could be the belt and he told me that it probably was. When I went to go pick up my car, it still made the same noise. I asked him to come look at it. He tried the key in the ignition and said it was the ignition cylinder causing the screeching. So I asked him why he replaced the belt if it was the cylinder? He said because I told him it was the belt. We had a conversation -- I wanted him to understand that as the professional who I am paying to work on my car, I am going by his word. I wanted to know why did he not test it and call me that it was not the belt that was the problem, it was the cylinder. Instead he replaced a belt that was only two years old and had no visible damage on it. Yes I know dry rot exists - but if it was an issue then look at the belt when it was removed and inspect the belt? Why am I paying for a service and parts that aren't needed? On top of that, I still have the same problem that I went in there with. Unfortunately we were not able to reach consensus on this and he told me that he'd give me some money back but to not bring my car back for any service. I just wanted to have this problem fixed without spending money on things that weren't needed. I still paid him bc paying isn't my issue. He did work on my car and I'm not trying to get a freebie. I have been coming here for a long time but I can't keep doing this and paying for things I don't need and my car isn't even fixed."
"I've taken my cars to Jesse's for several years (different cars). From anything from an oil change to a pump replacement to a brake work and even a little body work. His diagnosis is always accurate. His service is quick and efficient. And his prices are fair. When you take your car to him (you will!) tell him Yolee sent you (Ross' mom)."
"I drive a 2000 Jeep Cherokee and Jesse was the only mechanic that was able to find the issue that was going on in my car! My air conditioning wasn’t working and 3 other mechanics said they weren’t able to fix it but Jesse did! He was so sweet and was even more nice to my son who wants to be a mechanic one day. Will forever continue going to Jesse and recommending his hard work!"
