"The most expensive oil change of all time. 150 for a Camry. Wouldn’t change the price, claimed it was bc it’s Full synthetic. Edit for the Reply guy Owner: My clear recollection is they were busy, gave me an amount of time, and PRICE WAS NOT TOLD BEFORE. The discussion of changing price was not heated, just baffled at 150 dollars after the fact of the job being completed. Had I been told before hand the price would be an arm and a leg, I surely would’ve said no thanks. That’s what I get for assuming it would be no more than 75 bucks like most REASONABLY PRICED places not named Sooper Lube. I wasn’t going to cause a scene in a busy place and my interaction would have been assumed to be unmemorable- This happened 6 months ago, so the owner seeming to remember me personally seems very far fetched. I’m writing this bc I’ve had another oil change recently at Pit Shop, and it was less than 60 for full synthetic. I’m quite aware full synthetic is more expensive, as I saw the owner attempted to make me look wrong/stupid about this in his reply. Most logical people know oil changes don’t cost 150 for a sedan (full synthetic or not) the ones that don’t know clearly come here. My car has about 40 oil changes under its belt, this place was 80 bucks more than the most expensive of the other 39. I never spoke to the owner while there, saw he replied and felt obliged to give you guys every detail. I spoke only to a woman running the counter. I’m curious what the “much more” is that goes into a visit for an oil change, ‘Sooper lube owner.’ Pretty straight forward- drain the old, labor, new filter and new oil. What a stupid thing to type out to someone who has changed their own oil before. Spend wiser folks, this ain’t the place. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. And if the owner wants to stick to his guns and reply again, he can tell the people what color my car is and it’s very distinctive cosmetic issue since he so clearly remembers my visit."

"I know the owner Steve will read and reply to this. He is a personality. He could have been in the movie “Godfather”. He seems to work hard for his business. Very respectable. He seems like a nice guy but he has a style that won’t be everybody’s cup of tea. This store has the highest Google rating in the 5 mile radius. I only visited Sooner Lube once, so I can’t speak to a long term trend. But I think they did a fine job with my 5 minute oil change. $130 for full synthetic is higher than any oil change I’ve ever had, but should consider inflationary environment and the fact that I didn’t wait at all. Time is money. Their phone # on Google listing is not accurate. I told Steve, but he didn’t seem to care to immediately fix it."
