"We had a new furnace and AC unit installed this fall. Matt, Dan and Will installed. The guys were very professional, communication was good and they cleaned up nicely after install. There was an issue that Dan and another tech noticed while the AC unit was running, and thought was a manufacturer issue but the lead tech thought it was a leaf blowing around in the unit. Turns out the techs were right. Magtek came out again after we had a loud noise issue (like a train sound a block away). Paul came out and discovered there was an issue with the blower and installed a new one. I have since had a noise one other time and Paul came right out. We were not able to discover what the noise was but it hasn't happened since. Unit seems to be running great. It is more noisy than our last furnace but that was 20plus years old and not a 2 stage unit. The amount of air that is going thru the vents during the 2 stage is a lot more. So far happy with the customer service we have received even when things don't go as planned. The gal that answered the phone was fantastic. I use to work in customer service and if you don't handle customer issues well it can escalate. She does a great job with communication."
