"This is the worst experience ever! I took my Escalade in after a accident. They took almost a month which is fine, but they left my car a mess! Fingerprints in the upper liner foot prints on the seats, back glass was sticking out, broken speaker, missing upper light, I could see my car was sanded in the doors but not painted, brakes didn’t work when reversing, etc. took it in a second time, this time it was two weeks! The back window that was sticking out and its different and it’s not tinted, again the paint on the door and the door frame was messed up they over sprayed certain areas. Please pick another location because they are a nightmare. Almost forgot they charged my insurance over 13,000 dollars!"

"It's hard to find a good body shop that you can trust. After a bus turned left into my truck, I needed work on the entire passenger side. Everyone I dealt with at both locations (Lombard and New Lennox) were very professional and knowledgeable. They found my specialized running board, tire and wheel. The vehicle looks brand new and drives great. I have only had it back a few days but so far so good! They also worked closely with my insurance, Allstate, so there was no need to argue with insurance and a minimum of paperwork. I did get a bid at another body shop and Crash Champions was competitive (actually lower when they used the negotiated insurance rates) so I would also recommend them for out-of-pocket work. I was dreading finding a reputable body shop but came out of this experience very pleased!"
