"This place will lie to you. I had a wiring issue on a diesel truck. They took a look and clearly were too lazy or incompetent to do a 3 hour job. Told me “we don’t work on diesel trucks”. Yet they do oil changes. And when I told them it was a DIESEL truck on the phone. They still told me to bring it it. They “diagnosed” my wiring harness issue (mice ate about 15 wires) and proceeded to tell me that it needs an entirely new wiring harness. And they are completely incapable of doing this MASSIVE job. Upon arrival to go pick up my truck they wouldn’t even speak with me. Had my keys ready before I even walked In the door with a “the truck is out back” statement. I took my truck to another shop that does more than tire changes and oil changes, because apparently Scott’s only does apprentice work. And they did my wiring repair in 3 whole hours. We will never be bringing another vehicle back to Scott’s. And someone should fire sherry at the front desk because that lady is absolutely clueless. And incredibly unprofessional. Response to owner: It’s a diesel truck. It’s has over 200k miles. Are you surprised? The truck is daily driven. Incredibly clueless."
