"This company of melded businesses because of Sears bankruptcy is the absolute worst company I have ever worked with. My repair STARTED September 2 and just concluded today(11/8). They have an automated process which guarantees you cannot speak to a human. Their customer service numbers automatically go to bots which inevitably do not give you the right option for your issues. The Parts portion of the business sent me damaged parts on 2 occasions and lost a part on another. The first technicians ordered unnecessary parts. Since I had to pay up front, the company has been using my money for over two months while I waited. I finally got an excellent technician who was able to fix the microwave over TWO months after the initial contact. He actually knew what he was doing. Will never use the company again for any reason. If it were possible to give the company a worse review. I would."
