"Bought my Mac from Best Buy and the Geek Squad people were very helpful when i made my decision on which computer to buy. they didn't pressure me into buying all kinds of add-ons and they answered all my questions on all the add-ons that were available. I just recently had a question regarding an Apple pop-add i was receiving and they explained the pros and cons regarding this. as far as i'm concerned Crystal Late Geek Squad are the best.
