"If I could, I would give the a -100 STARS. Dispatched from a home warranty notified Pyramid and they accepted it. They never called me and after 2 weeks I called and left a voice mail. They did not repsond. Called a week later with no response. Notified Home warranty and they spoke to Dave and he said he didn't call because they were to busy. Home warranty said he would call me that day. He didn't call. 3 Days later I called Pyramid and he was off for the day."

"I should have believed the other reviews. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. THEY DO NOT WANT YOUR BUSINESS. I reached to them twice in one week. I showed up in person (I was brushed off and they said they would give me a call). No call. I called and left a voicemail for the quote - no response. It's been over a week and still no response. They lost my business and my family members as they were considering using them for electrical projects too. I recommend reaching out to Morrison's for your electrical services instead - my experience has been amazing with their team. Morrison's team are responsive, professional, do not discriminate, and provide timely status on when to expect a quote, inspection, and project/service completion. Do not waste time or spend money with companies like Pyramid that do not value you. You have always have other options like Morrison's."
