"They were open for my last minute request. They didn’t give details on pricing up front, make sure you ask. My dog came back with allergy in her eye where she could barely keep it open. She had individual play time, but no telling because they have no cameras. Overall I would use them again for short 1-2 days but not longer periods."

"This review regards the Pethotel organization, not my local facility. While my dog and I quite like the facility on Inwood , it is infuriating to wait more than 20 minutes to cancel a reservation. I could have driven over there and back in 20 minutes! I understand that it takes longer to set up a reservation, but there has to be a way to quickly cancel. Why is there not a place on their website to reserve and cancel? I can think of no other business that is that lacking in communication technology."

"I have brought my dog up here 3 times and everytime I bring him in healthy condition, he comes back with a raw, rash on his bottom to the point he can not even sit down. The last time I brought him I explained my concerns and they said it may be the chemicals they wash the cages out and they would be careful not to use it in his cage. Long behold I pick him up and he is extremely raw on his bottom. I will def. Not be bringing my dog back."
