The Dakota at Bishop Arts Apartments

"Been living at the Dakota for 3 months now and I love how the apartment complex staff is always ready to help in a timely manner. Natalie and the new assistant manager (Priscila) are such sweethearts and do amazing at managing the property and getting the ball rolling on residents needs in times of urgency. Maintenance staff do excellent in keeping the property clean and will be at your door ready to help fix any issue, at any given moment."

"I moved to Dakota in July and I have had nothing but great experiences! The pool is so nice and attracts a fun time for all during the summer. The staff is amazing and the maintenance crew is so friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Natalie in the office has been wonderful and has addressed any of my concerns or questions with respect and kindness. She set up a wrapping station at Xmas, a Hot Cocoa Bar in the freezing temps and has random cookies and treats for the residents and guests to enjoy all the time. There is a Raffle every couple of months for free rent too! If you are looking for a centrally located home in the midst of Bishop Arts, with a laid back atmosphere, a great pool, cool lounge area with a pool table with a variety of FREE coffee drinks all day, with great neighbors (oh and there is a Dog Bath), this is definitely for you! 5 Stars!"

"During my apartment hunting, I came across this amazing apartment and absolutely loved visiting it. The apartments look great and the location is super good. And the staff were incredible as well. Natalie was super helpful and kind and made me feel right at home. And Cruz was very respectful, addressing all of my concerns.
