"I booked this place for a conference in Dallas in September and found out it was a student residence/AirBNB and tried to cancel immediately after overpricing the place $800. I paid 1194.00 for 3 nights. They did not honor the cancellation. Tried to rebook a different date didn’t honor it either so the day gets here NEVER stayed there and they still charged me and never bothered to call. I tried calling and speaking with a manager I was told there’s none. I have been trying to get anyone but no luck. Save your self the trouble and book elsewhere. No manager on property, horrible customer service, student dorm/Airbnb/hotel is not what I expected to pay over $1000 for."

"This was a great place to stay. The room was great very modern with everything you need. The only thing that needs to change is the bed it was a foam type bed and not comfortable for us but that’s our preference. Over all very comfortable and a great place to stay."

"Good location close to many restaurants and bars. Walking distance to the grenada theater. Only struggle was getting up to the room the first time. Management was very responsive with a parking issue and the rooms rooms were clean and fairly quiet."

"I’m in shock the good reviews here. From the first impression of the dirty parking garage to the broken elevator to access or room, the place gives off rundown vibes. The room looked clean at first but the moldings and baseboards were dirty and the rug was very stained. The dining chairs were plastic. There weren’t dressers to unpack. The beds are twin ( one of which shook with every movement on the bed). The unit was very roomy. The negatives could possibly have been overlooked if it weren’t for the SMELL which started out mild and progressed to unbearable and nauseating. We left the hotel with 2 nights remaining in our stay. We were refunded $60.00. Not acceptable. No one could have stayed in that smell which seemed like sewage"
