"I was interested in getting into my first rental property for a couple of years so I finally reached out to Matt a few months ago to ask for assistance in buying a rental house in the Oak Cliff neighborhood. He sent me the contact of a great investor friendly realtor who helped me close on a deal. In addition, Matt toured the property while it was under contract and let me knew what aspects and repairs I should focus on in order to get the most rent for the neighborhood. After closing on the deal, and a couple of weeks of repairs, Matt had the house rented within a week after I gave him the keys, and for much more rent than I thought was possible.
