"I had a terrible experience with this apartment complex. The staff was extremely unprofessional and lacked proper communication skills. I was initially told that I was approved for an apartment, but after that, they completely stopped responding to my emails and calls. I even went as far as contacting corporate to try and get a response, but still received no help. It's clear that there is a severe lack of professionalism within the office staff, and it's time for a clean up. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone until they address these issues and hire staff who are more professional and communicative. It's important for a business to be transparent and responsive to their potential tenants, and this complex failed miserably in that aspect."

"I have originally been here for 10 years and I love how management may transition in and out but if you communicate with the staff they are willing to correct any wrongs and make them right!!! I also appreciate the promptness of my work orders and the satisfaction of maintenance work! I have a disability and with the reserved parking spaces I have been designated a spot free of charge. For the most part I am grateful for this community there are only small minor things I wish they would do away with but its out of management's control."

"Office manager, Olga, is extremely rude, when I called to discuss a dispute I was continually spoken over and interrupted. Mind you, as a business professionally myself I did not call with an attitude - and I was calm being greeted primarily by her office staff in the most kind way this did ease any tension I may have initially had. Management does not communicate well, and will wait until the very last minute to assist you with your concerns."

"After deciding to help my dad move to the apartment complex the Caleb I feel a lot better about his stay since he is older. The office staff was very helpful and maintenance guys were friendly and very involved when I asked questions for my dad at move in . The lady in charge Olga is nice for a manager she was helpful showed us several units and really made it easy for us to decide to have my father at the Caleb. I know I made a good decision the property is always clean and it’s very quiet at the Caleb . I recommend this place ."

"I used to live in this apartment complex but a couple weeks ago I noticed that my credit report dropped. They are saying that I owe them $4000 when I moved out in February and got everything signed the manager …. I don’t know who this manager is Olga but she is very rude. Tried to talk to her today on the phone and she wasn’t really listening. In the middle of a conversation. She said OK and hung up. I don’t recommend this apartment complex gate was never fixed. They change the pads on the doors without notifying you I was locked out of my apartment. I think this complex needs a new manager or a new owners"
